Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Childcare Teacher role located in Clarksburg, MD. The Childcare Teacher will be responsible for providing childcare services, implementing pedagogy practices, fostering creativity skills, and ensuring the well-being and development of young children (ages 2 to 4) on a daily basis.

Requirements

Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and in English (our curriculum is bilingual)
Experience: At least 4 years experience working with children in a daycare or similar setting
Certification: CPR certified
Education: Completed 90 hours in Child Development
Background: Clean background check is a must
Transportation: Must own a car for transportation to/from our location

Qualifications

Kindergarten and Childcare skills
Easily Adaptable and Creativity Skills
Prior experience in childcare or early childhood education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
